How the FloLogic System Works
FloLogic installs on the main water line where water enters the property, usually just past your existing shutoff. From there it does three things.
Step 1: It installs on your main line
The valve and actuator go in where water enters the property, after your municipal shutoff and after any branch that feeds irrigation or a pool fill. One unit covers the entire plumbing supply, so there are no sensors to scatter around the house and no spots left unwatched. It sits alongside your existing manual water shutoff valve and adds automatic protection on top of it.
Step 2: It watches how water flows
Normal water use comes in bursts. A shower runs, a faucet turns on, a dishwasher cycles, then the flow stops. Most supply leaks behave differently, running continuously once they start. FloLogic tracks that continuous flow against the limits you set for Home and Away modes, so it can tell the difference between a long shower and a pipe that is quietly leaking.
