This home in Penfield road, close to the Fairfield town center and the shore suffered badly as a result of storm damage. The old system completely flooded including the water heater. Although the heater was only 6 or 7 years old, both were sadly unusable.
The old boiler is ready to be removed.
The new system is carefully moved into place
