Jim: To date, we give Onze Plumbing a five star rating. I was concerned about two items with the new heating system you proposed. 1st the BTU capacity you said we needed seemed low compared to our existing system, I did not want a cold house! 2nd the indirect fired water heater. Running out of hot water was not something my wife would be happy about.

Our 1st gas bill saw about a 25% reduction in use as compared to last year. Our home is warmer now because we do not lower the theromostates as we did before. Our hot water is plentiful, on demand, on both floors, which made my wife very happy.
