Two old steam boilers were replaced with these more efficient Navien gas fired units.
The customer chose to have atmospheric gas fired water heaters. Since these water heaters don’t run on electricity, if there’s ever a power outage, the home will still have functioning hot water.
The old piping was set up to convert the steam into hydro-air for greater efficiency.
These steam boilers were kept at the property since they were only a few years old. They were cleaned up and had their operation converted which made a huge difference to their efficiency. This enabled the customer to save around $15,000 intead of purchasing new equipment.
